Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Hormel chili without beans
    1 jar salsa (hot or mild)
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained (optional)
Preparation
    Brown and drain beef if desired.
    In large microwavable dish, cube cheese and add chili and salsa (and beef if used).
    Heat until melted, stirring often.
    Serve hot with nacho chips.
