Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, grated (1 lb.)
    1 c. soda crackers, crushed
    2 strips bacon, crumbled
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/4 small onion, cut fine
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    salt, pepper and garlic
Preparation
    Grate zucchini (coarse) unpeeled.
    Add cracker crumbs, bacon and egg.
    Saute mushrooms, butter, onion and garlic.
    Add to other mixture and put into buttered casserole.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
