Reuben Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. rye bread crumbs
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/4 c. Russian salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 lb. ground pork or beef
    12 oz. sauerkraut, drained
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper
Preparation
    In bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, onion, relish, salad dressing, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Blend.
    Add ground meat and mix well.
    Pat meat mixture into 8 x 12-inch rectangle on wax paper.
    Top with sauerkraut and cheese.
    Beginning at short end, roll by lifting end of wax paper.
    Press ends to seal.
    Place seam side down on a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake 50 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle top with cheese.
    Turn off oven.
    Return to oven to melt cheese.
    Serves 4 to 6.
