Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. rolled oats
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix the first five ingredients.
    Press 1/2 of mixture into greased cake pan or glass dish.
    Cover with diced rhubarb. Combine granulated sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and water.
    Cook until thick and clear.
    Pour over rhubarb mixture and cover with remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
