Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. flake coconut
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar; add eggs and rest of ingredients. Shape into 2 rolls and chill.
    Slice and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
