Ham Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. pork sausage
2 eggs
1 c. oats
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. white Karo
Preparation

Mix first 6 items together well.
Form into balls.
Bake in shallow pan 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
Drain off grease, then cover with last 6 items cooked until slightly thickened.
Pour sauce over balls.
Cover pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
This can be frozen before baking last 15 minutes.
Serves 18.
