Pan Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. shortening
1 c. flour
5 Tbsp. cooking oil

Preparation

Beat ingredients together until creamy and fluffy with mixer. Store in plastic container and use to grease cake and cookie pans.
Also good on pizza pans, sprinkled with a little corn meal.
