Tuna And Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can water packed tuna
    2 c. cooked fat-free noodles
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 bagel, chopped in small pieces
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. fat-free Cheddar cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth (use canned, remove fat from top)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except for bagel.
    Mix well.
    Spray medium size casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    Pour in mixture.
    Sprinkle top with fat-free cheese and chopped bagel.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Remove from oven and serve.
    Yields 4 servings. Per serving has 1 gram fat and 220 calories.
