Potato And Fish Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fillet of cod, haddock or other white fish, cut into small pieces
1 c. diced raw potato
3/4 c. diced raw carrots
2 c. water
2 oz. salt pork, diced
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
pepper
Preparation

Cook fish, potatoes and carrots in the water for about 15 minutes.
Do not drain.
