Beef Teriyaki And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 1/2 c. original Minute rice
    3/4 lb. flank steak strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    6 c. bite-size vegetables
    1 c. beef broth
    4 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, sherry, brown sugar and seasoning.
    Add beef, let stand 20 minutes to marinate.
    Stir-fry beef in hot oil in skillet until browned.
    Add vegetables; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
    Mix broth and cornstarch, add to skillet.
    Bring to boil and boil 1 minute.
