Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. tomato juice
1 small bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1 tsp. ketchup
1 c. macaroni
1 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation

Prepare macaroni, brown ground chuck with onions and bell pepper.
Drain and add tomato juice, ketchup and 57 sauce.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Place macaroni and beef in bottom of casserole. Layer the can of mushroom soup, the top with shredded cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
