Pork Chops Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 (6 oz.) can Pet milk
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown chops.
    Drain off fat.
    Add 1 cup water, celery and soup mix.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
    Combine flour and parsley with water and thicken pan juices.
    Add Pet milk and drained mushrooms.
    Cook until thick and bubbly.
