Tropical Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 1/4 oz. crushed pineapple
    2 c. shredded Muenster cheese or Brick cheese
    1/2 c. coconut, toasted
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. chopped dried apricots
Preparation
    Combine softened cream cheese and pineapple, mixing until well blended.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Chill.
    Serve with crackers or French bread slices.
    Makes 3 cups.
