Jeanne'S Apple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 loaf French bread
1 stick margarine
1 apple, chopped
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix sugars and cinnamon together; add eggs and soft margarine. Beat until creamy.
Alternately add milk and bread to mixture and stir until bread is smooth.
Then add chopped apples and raisins. Pour into a buttered 9 x 12-inch baking dish and bake, uncovered, for approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
