Petite Cherry Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    24 vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Line muffin pan with paper baking cups and place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup.
    Fill cups 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
    Top each with 1 tablespoon of pie filling and chill.
    Makes 2 dozen.
