Fruit Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. oil
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 pt. berries or other fruit
2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
vegetable oil for frying
powdered sugar
Preparation

Separate egg yolks from egg whites and beat the whites until stiff.
Add first 5 ingredients to the egg yolks in order.
Beat until smooth.
Fold egg whites into batter.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Dust fruit with flour and dip into batter.
Fry in an inch of hot oil about 5 minutes.
Remove from oil.
Dust with powdered sugar.
