Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. soft margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated rind
Preparation
-
Mix first 4 ingredients and pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Mix balance of ingredients and pour over crust which has been baked.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When cool, cut and roll in confectioners sugar.
