Oven Baked Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak, cut 3/4-inch thick
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving portions; brown on both sides in oil in skillet and transfer to roasting pan. Brown onion lightly in skillet. Combine remaining ingredients for barbecue sauce; add onions and simmer for 5
    minutes. Pour sauce over steak; cover and bake 2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
