Oriental Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    2/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. cold water (divided)
    1/3 c. rice vinegar
    1 tsp. low sodium chicken bouillon granules
    1 tsp. sesame seed
    1 tsp. peeled, minced ginger root
    1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp. honey
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1 tablespoon of water.
    Stir well and set aside.
