Zucchini Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small zucchini squash, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 fresh tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Wash zucchini and slice in 1/2-inch slices.
    Cook onion in margarine and then add the zucchini slices.
    Cook for 5 minutes slowly, turning zucchini slices so they will cook on both sides. Add sliced tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes more.
    Sprinkle cheese on top and simmer just until cheese melts.
