Cranberry Orange Oat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. Post Oat Flakes
1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
Beat eggs, milk, sugar, orange rind, orange juice and oil; add to flour mixture and mix just enough to moisten flour.
Stir in cereal, cranberries and nuts.
Pour into well-greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and finish cooling.
Makes 18 (1/2-inch) slices.
