Cold Mac Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and rinsed in cold water several times (set aside)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    2 carrots, grated
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly, then mix with macaroni and refrigerate.
