Chow Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cauliflower
    1 qt. dill pickles
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) jar cocktail onions
    1 (11 or 12 oz.) jar relish
    1 1/2 (6 oz.) bottle prepared mustard
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower in flowerets and parboil in salted water. Cool.
    Cut pickles in pieces.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Let stand for approximately 1 day in icebox.
    Mix and stir 2 or 3 times during the day.
    Put into jars.
