Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, separated
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 c. milk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Bake pie shell 5 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Combine sugar, flour, oleo, salt and egg yolks.
    Beat until smooth; add lemon juice and milk and beat well.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Gently fold into first mixture.
    Pour into cooled pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until filling is firm.
    This bakes like a cake but the inside is like a pie.
