Blueberry Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 egg whites
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. crushed saltine crackers
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 can blueberry pie filling
2 pkg. Dream Whip

Preparation

Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 12-inch pan.
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until very stiff, then add sugar and vanilla.
Slowly fold in crushed crackers.
Pour batter into a 9 x 12-inch pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool, then spread on blueberry pie, topped with Dream Whip and nuts.
