Fresh Blueberry-Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    2 c. sliced, peeled peaches
    1 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and lemon rind.
    Whisk in 1 cup water until smooth.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until mixture is boiling and thickened.
    Gently fold in peaches and blueberries.
    Spoon into baked pie shell.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
