Seafoam Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar, water and syrup. Boil until syrup will form thread. Pour syrup into 3 egg whites, beaten stiff. Pour slowly and continue beating until all syrup is added. Continue beating until mixture begins to get stiff. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and chopped pecans. Drop by teaspoon on foil or wax paper.
