Fudge Brownie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pastry shell (unbaked)
    1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 c. butter
    14 oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. all-purpose biscuit baking mix
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake pastry shell 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Reduce to 325\u00b0.
    In saucepan over low heat melt chips with butter.
