Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil
    chicken breasts.\tWhen
    done,
    remove
    broth
    and save. To make the gravy:\tMelt the Crisco and add the paprika and flour, stirring until
    well
    blended.
    This will be thick. Add to this the chicken
    broth.
    This makes a nice gravy.
    Set aside to cool. Add the
    sour
    cream to the cooled gravy.
    Put the chicken breasts in\tthe
    gravy
    and heat through and serve with spaetzle or noodles.
