Quick Skillet Supper With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. pork chops, stew beef or chicken pieces
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings or oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat in electric skillet or large frying pan in oil or drippings.
    Add soup and water.
    Cover and simmer until meat is fork-tender (about 1 hour).
    Continue to add water as needed to make gravy.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
