Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped and drained
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. chopped canned jalapeno pepper (or more if you really want it really hot)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients except for jalapenos.
    Do not cover. Microwave on High for 3 minutes, stirring once.
    Add jalapenos and microwave another 3 minutes, or until it just begins to boil, stirring once.
    Drain off excess liquid and refrigerate to chill. Serve cold with tortilla chips or poultry.
