Banana Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. corn oil margarine
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. mashed bananas
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. ground oat flour *
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Blend in banana, egg whites and vanilla.
Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well.
Stir in nuts and place in muffin pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
