Hamburger Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained
2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown and onion is tender.
Combine beef with corn, soup, pimento and 2 cups cheese.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve with rice and cornbread.
Makes 4 servings.
