Oven Baked Chicken(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roasting chicken, cut and cleaned
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano
    1 Tbsp. dried thyme
    1 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in buttermilk overnight.
    In a large bowl, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, herbs, spices, salt and pepper. Roll each chicken piece in spicy flour mixture and place on a rack in roasting pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until fork-tender.
