Mrs. Truman'S Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 whole eggs
    6 heaping Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar and eggs well.
    Add flour and rest of ingredients. Bake in a large Pyrex dish (greased) at 325\u00b0 for 35 or 40 minutes.
    Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
