Easter Brunch Overnight French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Italian bread
    8 eggs
    3 c. milk
    4 tsp. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    scant tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut bread in 1-inch slices and put in greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan in single layer.
    Beat eggs with other ingredients (except oleo).
    Pour this over bread slices and cover pan with foil. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
    Uncover and dot with small pieces of oleo.
    Turn oven on to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 to 50 minutes.
