Baked Rabbit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer rabbit (2 to 3 lb.), cut up in serving size pieces
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 bay leaves
    5 to 6 whole cloves
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. chicken flavor bouillon
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Soak rabbit pieces in 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt water to cover for 2 hours.
    Rinse, drain and dry.
    Roll in flour and brown in the oil and butter.
    Add onion and spices.
    Cover tightly and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
    Remove from oven.
    Turn rabbit pieces. Add chicken bouillon and water.
    Return to oven and bake 1 hour or until done.
