Kraut Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 head cabbage
1 onion, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
2 loaves frozen bread dough
Preparation

Brown hamburger in large frying pan until half done.
Add cabbage and onion; fry until done on low heat.
Cut off piece of thawed bread, the size of an egg.
Stretch out.
Put spoonful of filling on.
Pinch edges together.
Let rise and bake until done. Brush with melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
