Mashed Potatoes Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter (on top)
Preparation

Drain and mash potatoes.
Add cream cheese.
Add 4 tablespoons butter, garlic and pepper.
Mix.
Gradually add heavy cream and keep mixing.
Grease pan and top with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
