Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 to 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs and pumpkin; mix well.
Sift together flour, baking soda, powder, salt and spice.
Add to pumpkin mixture, alternately with water.
Mix well after each addition.
Pour into 2 well greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tests done.
