Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    5 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add buttermilk and yeast mixture.
    Work dough only until well moistened.
    Cover and refrigerate to use as needed.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 in oven for about 12 minutes.
