French-Toasted Mozzarella Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. mustard with onion
    8 slices white bread
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    4 thin slices cooked ham
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise and mustard with onion in a cup.
    Spread all bread slices with mixture.
    Layer Mozzarella cheese and ham slices on 4 pieces of bread.
    Top with remaining bread slices.
    Beat eggs and milk together in a pie plate; dip sandwiches into egg mixture, coating both sides well.
    Heat butter or margarine in a skillet; brown sandwiches on both sides until cheese melts.
    Serve hot.
