Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup rice (uncooked)
1/3 c. oil
2 c. chicken, cooked
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 qt. chicken broth or broth from boiled chicken
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Fry rice in oil until golden brown.
Add chicken and soy sauce. Add all vegetables and reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
