Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. carrots (2 lb.)
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 onion, diced
3/4 c. vinegar
1 can condensed tomato soup
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Peel, slice and boil carrots about 2 minutes.
Mix all ingredients and chill at least 2 hours.
Will keep about 3 weeks in refrigerator.
