Weight Watchers Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked ground turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    dash of pepper
    8 corn tortillas
    3 oz. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
    Fill tortillas with mixture. Place in baking dish; cover with shredded cheese and pour chicken bouillon over the top.
    (You can reserve 1/4 cup tomato sauce for the top.)
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 4 servings; 3 proteins; 1 veggie; 2 breads.
