Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy; add oil and sugar.
    In another bowl, sift together the dry ingredients.
    Combine the egg mixture and the dry ingredients.
    Add the strawberries and nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 70 to 75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes.
