Fruit Cake * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. pineapple
    1/4 lb. cherries (red or green)
    1/2 lb. figs
    1/4 lb. citron
    8 oz. box dates
    3 oz. pecan nuts
    1 lb. English walnuts
    1 small can orange juice
    3/4 lb. butter
    1/2 lb. brown sugar
    1 box seeded raisins
    1 box currants
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat up eggs.
    Add brown sugar and flour.
    Add the other ingredients.
    Add the orange juice a little at a time to keep it soft enough to mix well.
    Cook in round pan with spout.
    Grease pan good.
    Put wax paper in the pan and grease the paper good. Wrap good and put in pressure cooker.
    Steam for 20 minutes, then cook for 50 minutes at 10 pounds of pressure.
    Uncover and put in oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
