Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. rice, uncooked
    1/4 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Combine meat, onion, rice, water, salt and pepper and make into small balls.
    Place in baking dish.
    Heat to boiling the soup, water and chili powder.
    Pour over meatballs and simmer, covered, for 1 hour or cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done, probably 1 hour.
