Hot Crab Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can flaked crab meat
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine and blend cream cheese and milk.
    Add crab meat (which has been picked over and cleaned), onion, horseradish, salt and pepper.
    Blend well by hand or in a blender.
    Spoon mixture into oven proof dish.
    Sprinkle with almonds and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve hot with crackers or party rye.
    Can be made a day ahead and heated before serving.
