"Chili" California Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz. cans)
    1 can tomato soup (Campbell's)
    1 can tomato paste
    1 pkg. chili mix (Schilling)
    1 stalk celery
    1 green bell pepper
    1/2 red onion
    3 chili peppers (mild)
    1 Tbsp. fresh garlic (about 2 cloves)
    2 cans red kidney beans
Preparation
    Spray deep skillet with Pam.
    Brown ground turkey and add chili mix (set aside).
    In blender, mix tomato sauce, tomato paste and tomato soup (set aside).
    Cut up all of the vegetables (set aside).
    In a large saucepan (6-quart capacity), add ground turkey.
    Slowly pour in the liquids.
    Stir well.
    Add all of the finely cut vegetables.
    Stir.
    Add the kidney beans, juice and all! Stir once more and add 1 cup of water (purified).
    Add garlic and cook for 2 hours on medium, stirring often.
    Serve with a salad and Italian bread.
    Serves 6 hungry people.
